With the absence of defending champion Michelle Burn at the Cape Argus Pick n Pay Cycle Tour, Varsity College’s Nikki Russell grabbed gold at the ninth Varsity College Marine Surfski event, the Hi Q Surfski Challenge in Durban on Friday.

Kime Leaves Non-Stop Dusi Canoe Title Vacant

A new name will claim the women’s title at the 2013 The Unlimited Non-Stop Dusi Canoe Marathon, after defending champ Robyn Kime confirmed that her engineeing masters studies prevent her from racing this year.
