Stage Race Leaders Annika Langvad and Sofia Gomez Villafane came under serious pressure from Monica Yuliana Calderon Martinez and Tessa Kortekaas but endured to win their sixth consecutive Absa Cape Epic stage in the Western Cape on Friday.
