Defending champions, the SA Emerging Women Sevens team on Saturday team retained their Confederation of Africa Rugby (CAR) Cup title, after beating hosts Uganda 20-7 in the Cup Final.
The South African Rugby Union has announced a 10-member Emerging Seven’s Women’s Team for a short two-match tour to Kampala, Uganda, which departs on June 15th.
Last year, the Springbok women’s rugby team represented South Africa at the IRB Women’s Rugby World in Canada.
