South Africa and Africa record holder Sunette Viljoen put in a sterling performance to beat Olympic Champion and World Record holder Barbora Spotakova at the ISTAF Meeting in Berlin.
Stander’s World Champs Prep on Track
Cherise Stander’s preparation for the 2012 Road World Championships, which take place in Valkenburg, Holland from 15-23 September, is well on track after back-to-back wins this past weekend, in a 70km MTB marathon in Centurion on Saturday before a 93km Dome2Dome road race in Fourways on Sunday.
