Uganda goalkeeper Ruth Aturo and her club, Al Shabab earned a third-place finish at the recently concluded 2022/23 Saudi Women’s Premier League.
Aturo took part in her first edition with the club, after she joined at the end of November 2022.
Her first league appearance was in a 4-0 win over Eastern Flame in a championship match, which featured 8 team in October last year.

The 2022/23 Saudi Women’s Premier League is the inaugural season, which replaced the Saudi Women’s National League.
