The KwaZulu-Natal Sasol League took place this past weekend where Lindelani Ladies headlined the action in Stream B on Sunday, 14 May 2023.
Lindelani Ladies thumped Sapphire Fighters 10-0 in their opening encounter at Young Fighters Ground.
In their second match, Westville United secured a 2-0 victory over Darnall FC, while Makhanisi FC secured three points at home with a 4-1 victory over UniZulu Ladies FC.
PSG Amabhaca FC defeated Ayaphila 2-0 at the PSG Amabhaca Ground, while DUT Coastal WFC lost 3-0 to Newcastle Ladies at the DUT Coastal WFC Grounds.
In the battle of the universities, DUT Midlands defeated UKZN 3-1 at F Sports Field, while Dlala Mantombazana fell 2-1 short to Sunflower WFC.
Sasol Juventus Dominate Mpumalanga Sasol League
On Sunday, 14 May 2023, Sasol League Juventus defeated Costa Stars 14-0 at Mandla Magudulela Stadium in the Mpumalanga leg.
Botleng and Leandra shared the spoils in a 1-all draw, while Sasol Thistle earned a 1-0 win over Silindile Ladies FC, and Emba-Milan FC lost 3-0 to Two Touch FC at Kwa-Ndiza Ground, Ext 4 in Embalenhle.
