Megan Nieman broke her own record in 56.64 to claim the U18 girls 400m hurdles title on the closing day of the ASA Age Group Championships in Ekurhuleni, with Ansume de Beer also clearing a new African mark of 4.18m in the U20 women’s pole vault.
