What Freedom Means to Bongi Msomi

Being afforded many opportunities as a netball player is something that Bongi Msomi doesn’t take for granted. South Africa is set to celebrate Freedom Day in a few days and the netball stalwart has been part of the game since she was a youngster when the country was still a new democracy. The Konica-Minolta Racing Team was firing on all cylinders this past weekend as they raced the Liberty Ride for Sight on Sunday 18 February 2007.  They did not disappoint as the Ladies Team took the first 4 spots to make it a perfect day for the team.

Tsatsa Dances to City2City Win

Harmony runners dominated the weekend’s City to City Heritage Ultra Marathon, with a comfortable win by Thabitha TsaTsa over Liberty’s Riana van Niekerk in the women’s 50km event.
