Conrad Delighted at 5000m PB in France
SA steeplechase and distance runner Nolene Conrad was in seventh heaven after recording a sub-16 minute personal best in the 5000m at the Meeting Premium de la Ville de Montreuil in France

Tsholefelo Thipe wins her 400m race at the Meet de Marseille in France last night, but just misses out on the 51.55sec qualifying standard for the Olympic Games, while fellow South African Rorisang Rammonye in third.
