Tsoseletso Magang has been elected President of the Botswana Volleyball Federation during their elective congress held at Woodland Hotel on Saturday, 9 April 2022.
Magang was the first female to be elected as the federation’s President from 2007-2009 and won this year’s election unopposed.
“I have been out and about for 13 years and during this time I gained experience and skills in the different associations and organisations that I have served. This experience and skills will be implemented at Botswana Volleyball Federation,” Magang told gsport.
She says her main objectives include securing funding to revive the Botswana Volleyball League, developing athletes off the field of play, and growing the game of beach volleyball, players, officials and administrators.
At the end of her tenure, the veteran sports administrator hopes to leave Botswana Volleyball in the hands of good leaders.
