A brace from Salome Kekana and a goal each from Nothando Vilakazi, Tshegofatso Motlogelwa and Nombulelo Khumalo, helped TUT continue their winning streak.
JVW Girls FC defeated Tsunami Queens 3-1 with a hat trick of goals from captain Nompumelelo Nyandeni at Itabazwe Stadium.
At Vasco Stadium, UWC shared the spoils with Durban Ladies, playing to a nil-nil draw, while University of Johannesburg and First Touch FC also played a 1-all draw.
Elsewhere, Coal City Wizards who played hosts to Bloemfontein Celtic Ladies, lost 1-0 at Puma Stadium to find themselves in position twelve on the log standings.
