SA Select Impress at Hong Kong Sevens
The SA Select women’s sevens team have surpassed coach Renfred Dazel’s expectations, beating Papua New Guinea and Brazil to top the 2014 Hong Kong Invitational Sevens Group B, going on to beat Japan to finish the tournament in third place.

South African senior rhythmic gymnast Grace Legote has sealed her claim to being Africa’s top Rhythmic gymnast, winning the Individual All-round category at the 12th African Artistic and Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships at the University of Pretoria Indoor Sports Centre, in Tshwane.
