2022 Nomads SA Girls Championship top performers were honoured at the Gary Player Country Club in Rustenburg on Wednesday, 6 July 2022.
18-year-old Lwazi Goba carded back-to-back rounds of 33 to take the Copper Division Championship title, while the runner-up went to Monique van der Westhuizen. The most improved player accolade went to Zethembiso Madula with 12 points from round 1&2.
In the Silver Division Best Nett round 1 winner and champion went to Phenyo Sebata, while Kyra van Kan grabbed the Trophy U16 and Under Champion.
For The Sanet Marais Trophy Event (36-hole combined Stableford), Alyssa Goosen and Aimee-Leigh van Rooyen from North West picked up the win, while in the Jackie Mercer Shield Team event (36 holes gross round 1&2), Central Gauteng’s Sam Whateley and Casey Twidale were victorius.
