Over the past month-and-a-half, there has been a resounding response to our call for deserving candidates to be put forward for recognition across 20 public categories, which has been amplified by former winners and finalists on the gsport stage through our #PowerOfRecognition Ambassadors program.

The program was launched to encourage greater public participation where former winners and finalists have become torchbearers, rallying the masses to nominate deserving candidates for the Momentum gsport Awards stage.

To date, our former winners and finalists have used gsport’s platforms on IG Live on Tuesdays and Twitter Space on Thursdays to talk about how recognition has impacted their respective careers and how you, the public, can change the lives of those who go above and beyond to support and amplify women’s sport globally.

On the nominations front, we are witnessing fresh new names, as well as accomplished figures, who are yet to receive the recognition they deserve in the game.
