2022 Momentum gsport Awards Telkom Woman of the Year finalist, Andile Dlamini and 2021 Ministerial Award recipient, Patience Shikwambana have been awarded for their outstanding efforts in their respective sporting codes at the AUSC Region 5 Sports Awards in Eswatini on Saturday, 24 June 2023.
Dlamini received the coveted Sportsperson of the Year award, while Shikwambana was honoured for her lengthy service.
These awards are intended to honour and commemorate the region’s players, coaches, administrators, and journalists for their remarkable performances and exemplary services to sport.
South Africa, Angola, Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia, and Zimbabwe compose the AUSC Region 5.
