South Africa’s Casandra Alexander has won the Wistron Ladies Open by three strokes and clinched the 2026 Ladies European Tour (LET) Order of Merit with two events of the season remaining, closing with a bogey-free 64 at the Sunrise Golf and Country Club in Taoyuan, Chinese Taipei on Sunday, 1 November 2026.

Alexander’s rounds of 64, 71, 68 and 64 gave her a 21-under-par total of 267, three strokes clear of England’s Hannah Screen. Pei-Ying Tsai of Chinese Taipei and England’s Mimi Rhodes shared third place on 17-under.

The victory is Alexander’s fourth LET title and her third of 2026, following her wire-to-wire triumph at the KPMG Women’s Irish Open at The K Club on 30 August and her three-stroke win at the Buccellati Ladies Italian Open at Golf Club Milano on 27 September. It takes her to 3,456.48 points and an unassailable lead at the top of the Order of Merit.

Alexander set her final round alight with birdies on the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 10th, reached the par-5 13th in two and holed for eagle, then closed with birdies on the 16th and 18th.

“That was pretty spectacular, that’s the most comfortable I have felt in a final round,” said Alexander. She added: “I made birdies where I needed to and I made some clutch pars. Pretty spectacular and pretty special.”

Alexander recorded five runner-up finishes earlier in 2026 before her breakthrough in Ireland, and led the Order of Merit for most of the season.

“That victory solidifies the Order of Merit, I know I’ve kept it on the downlow. I’m really happy to win the Order of Merit now.”

She was quick to credit the people around her. “A lot of people see the wins like this, but they don’t see the hard work that gets put in behind the scenes,” said Alexander. “My coach Grant Veenstra has been at home grafting with me, it’s a team effort and it’s a team win.”

Screen, who made six birdies in her last 10 holes on the way to a final-round 66, recorded her best finish on the LET.

“In saying that Hannah Screen played unbelievably well, she made me work every step of the way,” said Alexander. “A big congratulations to her because that was a really solid performance from her.”

The Wistron title crowns a year in which Alexander also retained the Sunshine Ladies Tour Investec Order of Merit in May, becoming only the second player after Lee-Anne Pace to win it in successive seasons.

The LET moves next to the Aramco China Championship at Mission Hills in Shenzhen, China from 5 to 8 November.
