World Netball and Netball New Zealand have confirmed dates for the FAST5 Netball World Series (NWS) on Monday, 3 April 2023.
The world series will be held in Christchurch, New Zealand from 11-12 November for the second consecutive year.
In order to compete in the Christchurch Arena, the top six teams in the World Netball World Rankings as of 1 March 1 have been invited.
The reigning champions, Australia together with England, Jamaica, South Africa, and Malawi make the list that also includes the hosts, New Zealand.
Speaking on the exciting announcement, World Netball CEO Clare Briegal said: “We are thrilled that the FAST5 Netball World Series will be returning to Christchurch, New Zealand later this year.
“The Netball World Series is a key part of our exciting world-class international events calendar, and after the success of the Christchurch 2022 event, we know Netball New Zealand will do another fantastic job entertaining the Netball Family this year.”
