During the 2021/2022 season, Monday topped the charts as she walked away as the Golden Boot and MVP winner in the Nigeria Women Football League.
Her progress in women’s football is rapidly growing as she reaches greater heights. In February 2021, Monday got invited to the Super Falcons squad and will now look to make her mark on the international scene.
Monday follows the footsteps of arguably the two biggest Super Falcons stars Asisat Oshoala and Rasheedat Ajibade in finding their way from FC Robo Queens to the Spanish top-flight.
Oshoala currently plays for Barcelona Femini, while Ajibade is at Atletico Madrid.
