TuksNetball Head of Programme and Head Coach Jenny van Dyk, is currently taking on a new challenge as Head Coach of the Botswana National team at the African qualifiers for the 2023 Netball World Cup.
The Botswana Netball Association announced Van Dyk was announced as the new Head Coach, alongside a 14-member team, for the Africa Netball World Cup Qualifiers which are currently taking place in Pretoria.
In 2021, the Jaguars Head Coach who led her team to a fifth successive title in the Telkom Netball League, will now be assisted by Neo Ntwaagae and Seipei Gaelesiwe.
Botswana is drawn in Pool A alongside hosts South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Tanzania.
Following the conclusion of the qualifiers, Coach van Dyk and her team will head to Lilongwe, Malawi for the Confederation of University and College Sports Association Games which will take place from 29 August-3 September 2022.
