Seasoned sports administrator, Keletso Totlhanyo, has joined MT Sports Marketing and Management as General Manager, joining forces with the formidable Moira Tlhagale.

Speaking to gsport about her move, Totlhanyo told gsport: “I am the General Manager at MT Sports Marketing and Management. MT Sports has 3 divisions- Talent Identification and Placement; Talent Development; and Talent Management- we are working with various sporting codes to assist athletes with building their living Legacy.
“We also assist our Talent with their contracts by ensuring that the contracts are in their best interest. We also assist them with brand positioning and acquiring sponsorship for them.”
Totlhanyo, who spent the last few years as General Manager of the Comrades Marathon Association, brings a wealth of experiences to her new position, including many years in the broadcasting and media rights space.
It’s clear that sport plays a leading role in her life and this new chapter fuels her dreams.
“For me, sport is my life – I cannot imagine myself doing anything else but sport – the adrenaline, the passion and the fun keeps me wanting to go back into the World of Sport.”
This media all-rounder who continues to make a positive impact on the industry, wants to see more women leaders rise up in sport.
“I really would like to see more women taking up leadership positions in sport. One thing about women is that we are hardworking, dedicated and are really driven. We just need more doors to open for us. We need more opportunities to be created for women to occupy the sports boardrooms.”
