The Killarney CC in Johannesburg hosts the concluding event in the 5-tournament Nedbank Women’s Series at its Novice Pro Am today, with baskets of give-aways on offer to the invited ladies.
This, apart from the on-hand assistance of a professional to guide the learners through those awkward first movements.
Starting at 12pm, five sets of four-balls will tee off down both nine holes, each accompanied by a low-handicap golfer, who will assist with scoring, and will be responsible for handing in their team’s scorecard.
Then follows a pamper session compliments Mangwanani Spa, helping the golfers unwind with foot, hand and neck massages, before pre-dinner snacks and live background music.
Wine-tasting courtesy Zorgvliet Wine Tasting precedes Nedbank’s Gift Bags, filled with fabulous products compliments of Matis, Phytomer, Guinot, Nioxin, Aspen.
Just before dinner, Adidas will present a Qolf Competition, and after dinner is enjoyed, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be awarded for amateur 3 Balls, including trips to Phakalane (Botswana), Zebula CC & Spa (formerly Mabalingwe CC), Riviera on Vaal Hotel & CC, Drakensberg Gardens Golf & Leisure Resort, Stonehouse Mountain Lodge, Kiasoma Bush Retreat.
