Sundowns, who are the defending champions, finished top of group A at the COSAFA Women’s Champions League zonal qualifiers, to set up a final against Zambia’s Green Buffaloes on Saturday, 13 August 2022.

Green Buffaloes secured their spot in Morocco following emphatic 4-0 victories over Young Buffaloes and Olympique de Moroni, respectively.
The Zambian outfit qualified for the continental finals having finished at the summit of Group B.
