South Africa’s Natasha Petersen will once again fly the country’s flag high, as she joins the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup events team as Infotainment Technical Manager.

Hailing from Grassy Park in Cape Town, Petersen took to Instagram to share her excitement to work on the event that will run from 20 July to 20 August in Australia and New Zealand.

“I’m excited to share that I have joined the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia and New Zealand 2023 teams as the Infotainment Technical Manager AUS & NZL.”

She even quoted Arianna Huffington saying: “Living in a state of gratitude is the gateway to grace.”

Petersen also acknowledged her family who have sacrificed and supported her on her journey.

In 2022, Petersen featured at the FIFA Men’s World Cup in Qatar and also played her part at the 2023 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, which took place on home soil.
