The impact of Covid-19 continues to be felt across South African sport as the 2021 National Track Championships becomes the latest event to be rescheduled, moving from 21-24 January to 16-20 June 2021.
According to the announcement made by Cycling South Africa (CSA) on Thursday, the decision was made following consultations between KZN Disaster Management and KZN Cycling.

CSA says National Championship organisers across the disciplines will continue to engage with local government to see whether other Championships will be impacted.
