University of Johannesburg FC made a comeback to get a satisfying 3-0 win over Ma-Indies Ladies at UJ Soweto Soccer stadium.
Other games on Saturday saw Bloemfontein Celtic Ladies secure a narrow 1-0 win over Thunderbirds Ladies, while UWC and JVW Girls FC settled for a point each in a goalless draw.
A double header on Sunday, 25 September, came with an unexpected surprise but fascinating results for Vasco da Gama and TUT FC.
Vasco defeated Golden Ladies 4-1, while in the Tshwane derby TUT beat log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies 1-0.
