The SPAR National netball squad selected to tour the United Kingdom. Picture:  Reg CaldecottManchester, England – The SPAR SA netball team came from behind to defeat the England Under 21s 52-49 here last night (Tuesday).

The South Africans trailed 10-16 after the first quarter but came back strongly to reach half time on 26-28 and then the end of the third quarter on 38-41 before taking the lead for the first time in the final 15 minutes.

The Spar SA side now face two more Tests against the England senior side, in Manchester tomorrow (Thursday) and in London on Saturday.
