SA Netball Slips in Rankings
There will be plenty of homework to do when the Spar SA netball team return from New Zealand this week. After the high of four years ago, it’s been a disappointing World Championships for the South Africans, who finished in sixth place, losing their fifth place playoff game to Malawi 52-49 on Saturday.
Eng Win Netball Series 3-0
London, England – The SPAR SA netball team suffered a third defeat at the hands of England here on Saturday night, going down 56-25 at the Wembley Arena to bring the series to a 3-0 close in the home side’s favour.
Improved SPAR SA Lose Series
It was a different venue but very nearly exactly the same result as the SPAR SA Netball team took on England in the second Test at the Manchester Evening News Arena in England on Thursday night.
