Super Strikers Ladies Back to Winning Ways in Mpumalanga Sasol League

Super Strikers Ladies got back to winning ways when they thrashed poor performing Schoemansdal Young Stars in Stream B of the Mpumalanga Sasol League at Magandeni Sports Ground in Matsulu on Sunday, 7 August 2022.

Strikers secured a 9-0 victory over Schoemansdal and will be aiming to build on this outstanding performance.

TS Galaxy Ladies walked away with maximum points, defeating Likazi Ladies FC 2-0 at Old Mgwenya College Sports Field, while SC Mapogo FC who played hosts to TK Stars Ladies FC also secured a 2-0 victory.

In Stream A, teams showed up as Silindile Ladies FC, Sasol Juventus Ladies FC, Botleng United Ladies FC and Losta Stars FC all walked away victorious.

Silindile Ladies FC won 2-0 over Sasol Thistle Grove Ladies, while Sasol Juventus Ladies came out on top with a 6-3 win over Two Touch FC.

Elsewhere, Leandra United FC lost 5-0 to Botleng United Ladies, while Losta Stars FC managed to take three points with a 3-1 win over Chosen Few FC at Siyazenzela stadium.

Springs Home Sweepers Register Important Win in Gauteng Sasol League

Springs Home Sweepers recorded an important win after losing the previous weekend. They beat bottom of the log VUT FC 5-0, while Diepkloof Ladies lost 0-4 to Croesus Ladies FC, who are dominating Stream A.

Luso Africa defeated Kathorus United 3-2 to make it 7 wins after 13 games at Hattingh Park on Friday, 5 August 2022.

Blue Birds Ladies Football Academy recorded a 4-1 victory over Kempton Park FC, while Wits University secured a 3-0 win over Mathaithai FC at Lucas Moripe stadium on Saturday, 6 August 2022.
