South African cricketer, Tazmin Brits was at the prime of her javelin career when a serious car accident left her hospitalised for two months and ended her Olympics dream. She chats to Celine Abrahams about finding a new lease on life and future aspirations.

Seventeen year-old junior athlete, Ela Meiring, survived a near death experience and only weeks later competed in the Comrades Race the Legends event, an experience which has reignited her big dream of running the 2023 Comrades Marathon.
