The South African women’s bowls team participating in the 2008 World Bowls Championships in Christchurch, New Zealand, have performed well on the first two days of the Women’s Triples and Pairs disciplines, racking up seven wins in 10 games.

Lorna Leads Fours Team to Quarters

Lorna Trigwell and her team of Cheryl Cox, Lorraine Victor and Sylvia Burns are through to the Quarter-Finals of Women’s Fours in the World Bowls Championship, and will be playing Wales on Thursday morning at 9:00am (New Zealand time).
