South Africa’s Tatjana Schoenmaker and Kaylene Corbett dominated the 200m breaststroke final claiming first and third position, respectively at the 2022 Commonwealth Games on Sunday, 31 July.
Schoenmaker claimed gold in a time of 2:21:92, while Corbett rounded up the podium clocking 2:23:67.

In the 50m butterfly semi-final, Erin Gallagher qualified for the final round after clocking 26.15. While, Rebecca Meder finished in sixth place in 26.84.
Gallagher also took part in the 50m freestyle where she finished in fourth place, while Emma Chelius earned the eighth-place spot.
