Team South Africa continue to fly the country’s flag high after bagging a silver medal in the finals of lawn bowls at the Commonwealth Games on Tuesday, 2 August 2022.
The team consisting of Thabelo Muvhango, Bridgit Calitz, Esme Kruger and Johanna Snyman put on a sterling performance that displayed team effort against India, where the final results them losing by 10-17.
A repeat of 2018 Commonwealth Games final, that South Africa received after they went down 18-16 against Australia with Esme Kruger and Johanna Snyman who were part of that team back then in Gold Coast.
