Renowned South African international umpire Theresa Prince has been elected to umpire at the PacificAus Sport Netball Series, which will be held at the Gold Coast Sports & Leisure Centre in Australia from 23–29 April 2023.
In the competition, returning teams Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Singapore, and Tonga will face off against African nations Kenya, Malawi, and Zambia in Australia.
Prince has gained recognition over the years as a referee at events including the Netball World Cup in Singapore in 2011 and Sydney in 2015, as well as the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014 and Gold Coast, Australia, in 2018.
