World Netball has automatically re-endorsed South African netball umpire, Theresa Prince as an international Umpire Awardee on Thursday, 01 September 2022.
Prince will continue to serve this appointment until August 2026.
She has officiated in local tournaments such as Telkom Netball League, SPAR MADIBAZ Netball tournament and SA Top Schools. She also became the first SA Netball umpire to officiate 100 international matches on 22 August 2022 at the Africa Netball World Cup Qualifiers in Pretoria.
Over the years, Prince has made her mark officiating at the Netball World Cup in Singapore in 2011 and Sydney in 2015, including the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014 and in Gold Coast, Australia in 2018.
