It was almost a given that Southern Gauteng and Western Province would meet in the final of the Spar Women’s Interprovincial hockey tournament and so it will be when the two fierce rivals play for the title on Saturday afternoon at the Queensmead astroturf in Durban.

Sterne v Argyle in Final
Tomorrow’s women’s final at the SA National Squash Championship will see a clash between top seeds Farrah Sterne and Diana Argyle. Sterne disposed of Siyole Lusaseni (WP) in straight games while Argyle after edging through the first game 10-8 against Western Province’s Milnay Louw took the next two games 9-2 9-5.
