Banyana Banyana captain, Janine van Wyk, is looking forward to her return to Scotland after Glasgow City FC announced that the South African will be re-joining the club for the 2021/22 campaign.

Van Wyk joined the Scottish club a year ago where she assisted the team to a league title victory. She went on to feature in the Scottish Women’s Premier League Team of the Season after an outstanding campaign.
The 34-year-old took to Twitter to share her gratitude to City, saying: “Looking forward to continue my journey with this amazing football club.”
