South African sprinter, Carina Horn, ran another World Qualifying time in the 100m race at the Spanish World Championship in Spain on Saturday, 18 June 2022.
Horn, finished with a time of 11.07 to grab her second World Qualifying time.
Earlier this month, she ran a sensational 11.08(+1.5 wind) at the African Athletics Championship to get an automatic qualification for the World Championship.
Speaking on her performance, Horn shared on Instagram, saying: “Another World Q 11.07! Thank you Spain! It’s like I never left. #grateful #thankful.”
Since her return to the track, Horn has been on top of her game as she aims to solidify her presence on the world stage.
