The Comrades Marathon Association has announced the first ever Comrades Marathon Women’s Boot Camp, as reported on Tuesday, 4 April 2023.
The initiative is aimed at catering for female athletes, assisting them to stay in top shape and keeping them motivated and inspired to take on The Ultimate Human Race.

The event which will take place on 22 April 2023 at the Holiday Inn, in Sandton on Rivonia Road.
The Boot Camp will be hosted by a number of fitness enthusiasts such as FitMasi, Comrades Coach, Lindsey Parry and Comrades Dietitian, Nikki de Villiers who will help with the training for The Ultimate Human Race.
The entry cost of R275, includes a breakfast and a goodie bag on the day.
CMA Marketing & Communications Manager, Delaine Cools stated: “We are excited to present the Comrades Women’s Boot Camp in Johannesburg in little more than two weeks’ time.
“This is the first of its kind in the Comrades world and is bound to be a fun and exciting session for our female runners.”
