Karabo Sethosa and Nomphelo Yakuphi led the way as their goals earned maximum points for Copperbelt.
Defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies narrowly secured a 1-0 win over TUT FC in the Tshwane derby at TUT Pretoria Stadium. While, University of Johannesburg FC romped to a 5-1 triumph over Ma Indies Ladies, with S’phumelele Shamase scoring a brace at UJ Stadium.
Elsewhere, University of Pretoria lost 1-0 to JVW FC at University of Pretoria Stadium, UWC continued to keep a clean sheet, defeating First Touch 3-1 with goals from Koketso Mamabolo, Ntombifikile Ndlovu and Sibulele Holweni at UWC Stadium in Cape Town.
In a double-header at Sisa Dukashe Stadium on Sunday, 26 March, City Lads and Thunderbirds Ladies hosted Royal AM and Richmond United. Both sides lost to their guests by scorelines of 2-0 and 1-0, respectively.
In the other match of the day, TS Galaxy Queens defeated Durban Ladies 1-0 at Solomon Mahlangu Stadium.
