World number 1 squash star Nouran Gohar recently won her third consecutive US Open title, outshining fellow countrymate Nour El Sherbiny in Philadelphia on Saturday, 15 October 2022.
The Egyptian earned a (11-7), (9-11), (11-7) and (11-6) game results in a match which lasted 51 minutes.

Gohar also became only the second squash player after Nicol David to win three US Open accolades.
Despite her loss, El Sherbiny made her own history as she went on to become the youngest woman player to reach 400 professional matches in her career.
