Banyana Banyana international footballer, Thembi Kgatlana, has received praises from SD Eibar head coach, Ike Dorronsoro, for her continuous outstanding performances.
Kgatlana scored her ninth goal in 18 appearances in a 2-1 defeat against Granadilla Tenerife on Saturday, 13 February 2021.
The 24-year-old’s consistent performances have placed her as a pivotal player in the team.
“She [Thembi Kgatlana] is the benchmark player for us,” said Dorronsoro,
“There’s a lot of talk about her and I think that’s good for both her and the team. She is a benchmark player not only because of the goals she scores.
“She is a player who is not selfish, who squeezes, who works a lot without the ball.”
It's the celebration for me!
