South Africa’s Jenna Coetzee bagged a silver medal in the individual U15 girls race at the 2022 Biathle World Championships, which took place in Madeira, Portugal from 27-30 October 2022.
Coetzee also earned gold medal with SA girls team in the Biathle team event.
Elsewhere, Toyota Cheetahs Fitness and Performance Manager, Lynette Fischer displayed a stellar performance, bagging 4 gold medals from UIPM 2022 Biathle-Triathle World Championships that were hosted in Machico, Portugal.
Fischer won 4 gold medals in Biathle Mixed Relay, Triahle Mixed Relay, Triathle Individual and Briathle Individual.
Biathle competition consists of 800m run, 100m swim and final 800m run with 42 girls from 31 countries.
