Banyana Banyana defender, Lebogang Ramalepe, has added another title to her remarkable collection, winning the Super Cup with FC Dinamo Minsk on Sunday, 13 March 2022.

Now in her second season with the Belarusian club, Ramalepe is one of Banyana Banyana’s senior players and has played a pivotal role in the Senior Women’s National team recent success.

She was named Player of the Match when Banyana Banyana beat Algeria 2-0 in the AWCON qualifier in the 1st leg played at Orlando Stadium in Johannesburg.

Banyana Banyana went on to qualify for their 12th edition of the continental showpiece with a 3-1 victory on aggregate.

Ramalepe, who hails from Limpopo, started her football career with Kanatla Ladies and later played for Ma-Indies FC who currently play in the Hollywoodbets Super League.

She has been a part of the Banyana Banyana set up for almost a decade and has featured in the 2014, 2016 and 2018 Editions of the African Women’s Cup of Nations.
