The Nigeria Cricket Federation will host a six-nation women’s International T20I Invitational tournament in Lagos from the 26 March to 4 April 2022.
The tournament, which aims to raise female participation and development in the sport, will include Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Gambia, Cameroon alongside host nation Nigeria.
The meet will also count towards the International Cricket Council T20 rankings.
In Group A, Nigeria have been paired with Ghana and Cameroon, while group B consists of Rwanda, Sierra Leona, and Gambia.
The West African derby between Nigeria and Ghana will signal the start of the tournament before Rwanda play host to Cameroon in the afternoon.
