The 2023 Momentum gsport Awards voting process will officially close at midnight on Thursday, 31 August, as the public has shown unprecedented support for the 18th edition of Africa’s longest running women’s sport recognition platform.
The interest in voting has elevated the coverage of the #gsport18 Awards campaign as we aim to unearth new icons and role models in women’s sport.
Voting began on Tuesday, 22 August, and to date gsport has gained more than 5,000 new members at the site, who have casted more than 20,000 votes for the finalists of the 2023 Momentum gsport Awards.
60 finalists are currently contending for top honours across 20 public categories at gsport.co.za/voting. Play your part today by voting for these exceptional individuals who are advancing women’s sport globally!

2. One point = 1 vote
3. You get 3 points each day for logging in
