South Africa’s Bobbi Brown, Samatha Whateley and Kyra van Kan were crowned 2022 All Africa Junior Golf girl’s champions at Palm Springs in Cairo, Egypt on Friday, 1 April.
Leading from start to finish, the rising stars emerged as champions with an impressive score of nine-under-par total made up of 142, 137, 146, and 142 on the closing day.
This victory enables South Africa a ticket to represent the continent at the Toyota Junior Golf World Cup.
Brown clinched the individual title with an excellent six under par total with rounds of 67, 68, 74 and 73, outclassing Sofia Cherif Essakali from Morocco with four shots.
While, Whateley was third on a two-over par total.
