South African gymnasts proudly flew the country’s flag at the African Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Mauritius.

In the club’s event, Dimitrova walked away with the silver medal, while Azra Dewan walked away with a bronze medal.

It didn’t stop there for Dimitrova because the youngster grabbed another medal after she finished in 3rd place in the ribbons competition.

Isabella Sancho, who represented South Africa for the first edition of the Junior Rhythmic Gymnastics, managed to grab two medals – earning a silver in the ball competition and bronze in the ribbon.
