South Africa’s SPAR Proteas will be looking ahead to their final 2023 Netball World Cup match against Uganda in the 5th/6th placing encounter at the Cape Town International Convention Centre on Sunday, 6 August. 

The ladies in green defeated Tonga 72-46 after a strong performance in the evening session. 

Elmere van der Berg was named the Most Valued Player for her showing coming off the bench in place of Ine-Mari Venter.
