Four days of blood sweat and tears, from young stars across the country, came to an end as the finals of the Telkom Netball Championships took centre stage and new champions were crowned on Friday, 15 July 2022.

In the first final, it was the undefeated Dr KK A that took on Cape Winelands in the U-19 Division. Dr KK A once again displayed their talent and made it very difficult for their opponents.

Cape Winelands fought hard but could not get past the defence of their opponents, which resulted in Dr KK A winning 40-10 to be crowned the 2022 Champions in the U-19 Division. Tshwane defeated Mangaung 32-27 to claim third place.

In the U-18 Division finals it was the fiery Cedars from the Western Cape that took on Delta of Gauteng for top honours. Delta, having lost just one of their matches coming into the finals, gave Cedars a mighty fight for the championship title. It was a hard fought battle between two teams that were determined to outclass the other for provincial pride, but it was Cedars that went over the finish line as champions defeating Delta 41-31. Willows, also from the Western Cape, defeated fellow Western Cape team, Oaks 38-17 for third place honours.

The U-17 finals saw Delta of Gauteng take on Jaguars of the Free State. Delta went into the final round on an unbeaten streak, with Jaguars losing one match during the tournament. Both teams displayed talent and determination as they fought for the title, however Delta proved to be clinical of the two, winning 35-23.
