Tight Finish to SASSU Tournament

The semi-finalists in the A Section of the University Sport South Africa (USSA) hockey tournament were decided at the NW-Puk Hockey Stadium in Potchefstroom on Wednesday.

The women’s semi-finals Thursday have defending champs Maties (Stellenbosch) pitted against the 2007 finalists University of Johannesburg, while the upbeat tournament host North West Uni face Tukkies in front of what is to be expected, a large partisan crowd.
